Children under the age of 13:

Ox Animation, Inc. deals with information from children under 13 with special measures:
Ox Animation, Inc. is especially sensitive to privacy issues concerning children.
When we detect that the user visiting our website is under the age of 13, Ox Animation, Inc. would not require personal information other than the ones needed for the certain activity the child has shown interest in using. Knowing that each activity collects its information separately, therefore, the child’s information is required when using another activity.

We may collect a child's email address within a contest or game for the purpose of communicating with the child on a one-time-only basis. This information, however, will not be used to re-contact the child, and will be deleted from our records once the contest or game is over. In the case of the child’s winning, parents will be notified and prize will not be sent until parents are notified.

We may ask for a child's email address in order to communicate more than once to a child's specific request. For example, the child may want to subscribe to an online newsletter or receive other online communications from Ox Animation, Inc. In these occurrences Ox Animation, Inc. will also obtain a parent's email address along with the child's. Before any further contact with the child, Ox Animation, Inc. will send an email to the parent notifying him or her we have collected the child's email address in order to communicate more than once to the child's request for a subscription, information, etc...
We would then inform the parent that he or she can refuse us contacting their child. If the parent does not respond to the email within one (1) week, Ox Animation, Inc. may use the child's information for the purpose for which it was submitted. Under no circumstances will the child be allowed to participate without giving a parent's email address.
